I am having trouble falling asleep lately. I think it’s because I have exams in a week and I’m stressed out about that. But I am getting much better at not sleeping in too much.

It’s not actually that bad of a sleep schedule, however, on the weekend I always sleep in way too late on my 2nd day off and then am tired and cranky all day from over sleeping. Must break the habit!! I’d also like to get up earlier.
