Since school ended i have been going to the gym atleast twice a week :)
Lately i have started to notice improvements, like my thighs and legs have toned up :) I am very happy about this.
I even wore shorts out of the house for the first time in a long time :)
Two weeks ago i decided to take up running :). I run about everyday now and i feels wonderful :)
I also started swimming this week. I find swimming a very relaxing sport :)
I’m so proud of myslef :) i went running today.. it was only 2 blocks but its still something :)
I dont have a huge problem with my shape, some people think i look good the way i am. But i want to get into better shape. All those years by the computer have not been good for me :(... I used to be so atheletic but now i just dont have the will to do it. So i think i’m gonna start out with just a little and work my way up to more excercise :)
