I think my best shot for living abroad at the moment comes in the form of England. Until I turn 28, I qualify under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme. I pay the government a couple thousand bucks, and in return I get a visa. After I turn 28 I no longer qualify as it is designed to attract people with a higher education/income level than I will have then. But for now I qualify due to my income level (thanks corporate drone job!).
