crochet an afghan

I’m done!!! I sewed in the ends and now am going to put it in the washer and present to Stephanie the next time I see her (which might be Nov 13). I had hoped to visit her at home to give it to her, but not sure when there would be an opportunity to visit.

I now have one strip of squares to join to the blanket. My goal is to finish in the month of october; I have one day left!

Once I finish, I will make one for Ryan and Erin I think. I also want to look at crocheting for charities. One step at a time!

I’m now joining all the squares together. I have 2 rows done and will join all the strips once they are all done. There are six, meaning 4 left to do.

I ran out of yarn (2 balls were not enough). Steph had her baby on July 15. I gotta keep going!

I am working on a baby afghan for my friend Stephanie who is having a baby boy around July 10. So far I have one granny square down. About 59 more to go!!!
