own a home

Well, he’s all moved in, got moved in back in November. I’m still in the apartment until after the wedding, but I hate having to leave at the end of the weekends. Just three more months and I’ll be in there preminantly.

Well, we found a builder. He got the loan with a AMAZING interest rate. He closed on the house and finished signing all of the paperwork the week before last. All the information that the county planner needs for the building permit is in his office. The builder has been to the land, an dthey’ve started hauling in dirt to make the platform where the house will sit.

The house will be brought in sometime within the next 5 – 7 weeks. Then they have to put it on the foundation and put it together.

We’ll be in the house by December. Well, he will be. I’m not moving until after the wedding because I need to say in the state I’m in (he’s in a different state) so that I can keep my in state tuition for school.

Anyway, this is REALLY close to being done, and I am so excited.

We found a floor plan!!! Now we just need to find a builder that will work wiht out budget. We’ll have the house built by the end of the year and I will be a homeowner as soon as the marriage liscense is filed next may.. :) Excited!
