1. The joy I get from my positive contacts at work, b/c I know I’m helping people
2. The “bad” contacts, because they help me learn from my mistakes
3. Catching a cold now and then, b/c it keeps me from taking my health for granted

Good Idea

The idea is to write down 3 things for which you are grateful each week. I had one back in Feb., but didn’t keep it up. I’m hoping to keep it up this time, as it is a great positive reinforcer.
