I seem stuck at 108 lbs. Not a bad weight, by any means. Perfectly respectable and something I could live with. I’ve lost 16 lbs . . .

But my goal was 20.

If I loose these last eight, I’ll have lost 24 lbs this year.

Now, THAT’s something to be proud of.

I’m not sure why I’ve stalled out on these last eight pounds. At least I seem to be pretty consistently at 108 and don’t fluctuate more than a couple of pounds either way.

I have a fitness re-assessment tomorrow, and hopefully I can ask my trainer how to loose a really targeted amount of weight like 8 lbs and keep it off. :-)

I’m making a lot of progress on this goal. After I broke my leg, I weighed 124 lbs, a lot of weight on my 4’9” frame. Now I’m working out at the gym 5 days a week and back down to 108 lbs, the least I’ve weighed since boarding school. I still have a ways to go though. I want to get back to 95, where I was my first year of high school.

By the end of Spring Break, I was down to 115 from a high of 124. Still thinking hard about this goal, but with a broken leg, there’s not much I can do.
