I’m about to take the last vitamin in the bottle, so I’m marking this done. I’m not 100% consistent about taking them, but I remember more than I forget, and that’s good enough for me.

I haven’t always taken them consistantly, but I will still mark this as “done” when the 11 tablets are all gone. Cool!
Not 100%, but pretty close.
Since I fell off the wagon for awhile.
Check!
On purpose, though – I was trying to work out whether the supplement I was taking was having a…deleterious effect on my digestive system [ahem]. But this appears not to be the case, so I’m back taking my vitamins.
Feels good. One thing that has helped is getting the vitamin out of the bottle the very first second I think of it. Once it’s sitting on the desk in front of me, I can easily remember to take it.
I’m more motivated to do this now that I’m looking my daily nutrient levels through FitDay – I do pretty well, but I never get 100% of all nutrients on a given day (very rarely, anyhow).
I’ve also learned that I need to take my vitamin at breakfast without fail, because if I wait for a later meal, I’ll never remember.
But now I’m back! Took one this morning.
Haven’t forgotten yet! I’m proud of myself. The real test will be the holidays, when my routine is a lot more screwed up.
I do not think I would remember so easily if they were not in front of my on my desk, and if I did not have this goal here.
