Worked out for 3 days last week, about 45 mins each session. And 5 times this week. On a roll…I’m gonna keep it up this time!!! I’m getting married in Oct, so hopefully that’ll motivate me! lol

Worked out 5 times this week. Still can’t check this goal off my list because I’m just not consistent!! It was hard to work out every day during the holidays…just too busy. But there’s no excuse now. I’ve got to get more serious about this!
Worked out 6 days last week and 4 days this week (so far). I’m planning on working out both Sat and Sun. Feeling good!!
so difficult!!!! I used to work out EVERY single day, without fail…and now I’m lucky if I do it 3 days in a row!! I worked out yesterday, but still haven’t today. In fact, its what I should be doing right now. What is my problem?????!!!!! (Well, I think part of the problem is that it is 108 degrees outside with a heat index of over 110, lol). But I’m in my air-conditioned house, so that seems like a pretty lame excuse right? Okay….......I’ve made myself feel guilty enough to get off my lazy a** now, lol.
I worked out for the first time in a LOOOONNNNGGGGG time today. Granted, it was only 20 minutes…but 20 minutes is better than no minutes, right? Tomorrow, I’ll get up at 5 and do another 20. Then I’ll start increasing the amount of time. I need to get back into shape so that I can tackle another one of my “43 things”—hiking half dome!
