...is what I’ve been trying to do, and I think it’s helping a lot. I’m trying out for the soccer(<3) team so I have practices on monday and wensdays, and then if I make it, soccer games on saterdays and then more training on a different day. On tuesdays I have yoga, and then on the weekends I ski, I also have gym on mondays, tuesdays, wensdays, and thursdays. I think I've almost reached my goal(!)

I think I mostly do this, but I do have a lot of fatty days.
Hm.. I go to yoga on tuesday and then go to the gym about 3 days a week..
