- Sweet Potato (35%)
- Turnip (35%)
- New Potatoes (13%)
- Leek – Sautéed I think + (10%)
- Red Onion (10%)
+ I think I sautéed the leek, but not sure if that is the right word, basically I cut it up small fried it in a pan with a tiny bit of oil and some water.
It was really nice, I was worried about using leeks because when I have used them in the past, they have always been too chewy, I think this is definitely the best way too cook them.
