Everyone has there own Idea of how to make the perfect scones, grandma did perfect ones rarara.
And no making deep fryed scones. May tast good but the thought of it deep fryed. not for me.
So one of these days Im going to get my good old tryed and true Edmonds Cook book out that my Mother and Grandmother had, not forgeting 1000s of other kiwis have and bake me some scones.
And if I dont get it right the first time Ill just keep giving it ago till there Yum.
