I think when you start becoming aware of diet ect ect, you start looking around and notice what other people eat.
Its amazing how meals have gotten bigger ect ect. Was at subway last night about 8pm getting some tea as my partner and I ran out of time to get anything on. Better than Mc Ds and Cheaper than Sushi. (My partner is a big eater) and could not help notcing the Kids Getting the soft drink from the Mishine.
Drinking great big amounts of suger filled drink, And drinking Cola at 8pm ‘my god’. Gone are the days were when you were a child you would only get fizzy drink on a saturday night when Mum and Dad got a video out and then you had home made Pop Corn if you were really lucky. Or at birthday partys were it was a real treat to have some ice cream Cake. I hope that when I have kids I install positive eating happits that my Mum did.
And even tho I lost my Dad from a heart attact, its a valuable lesion to remember to eat healthy loolk after myself and be happy.
SO when I see that packet of chippys or Chocolate Its a treat not a everyday thing. And vegs are my friend. ;-)

NO CHOCOLATE TODAY . The only sweet thing I had was a ANZAC Biscut. Not bad.
Well for a wial I was doing good, then not so good. As A result I have become tierd. SO im not going to nip up to the shops tonight to get a chocolare bar. Its just Water melon for me yum.
I gave in to cheese cake today. ANd the worst thing is that it didnt task good. What a wast of time. Ill have to remind myself next time why i shouldnt have it.
Yip still eating healthy. maybe need to add a few greens and more water tho. For the first time in months I had a Apple. I think I got to many of then as a child and am a bit over it. however if i discover healthy ways to eat them im sure it wont be that bad. Plus they are cheaper than Bananas. However Im so loving going to the markets to get rockmelon and strewbarrys, yummy!
For way over two months since my move Ive been so bad. Plus my partner loves eating. however that is no reason why I should give into temptation. So for the next seven days no sweets. Lots a fruit and veg, Meat and other healthy stuff. We had a roast tonight and pudding and feel completly stuffed. and dont really wont to feel like that any more. Bring on lots a water to.
