I had my first real yoga session today. I choose an astanga course which is a more dynamic hatha yoga. It was great, although my muscles will kill me tomorrow :-)

I was doing some work-off in the last three days, 30 minutes of yoga and stretching and doing some jogging afterwards. I plan to go in my holiday to a fitness center where they have yoga classes and I thinking about to get a “Yoga Zone” DVD. I saw a couple of shows of them and I like their approach for the beginner level.
