Wear a designer dress

I’ve changed this from “wear a frock” to “Wear a designer dress” to mark my shifting gears into my “40 things to do before I turn 40” list.

At the moment I’m thinking maybe Vivienne Westwood, having seen a gorgeously cut dress in Urban Outfitters a year or so ago. Navy blue, not a colour I normally go for, but exquisitely formed. Teeny tiny sizes only. Boo hiss.

I’d like to go out wearing a frock. A once in a lifetime seriously glamorous gown. A red carpet number. Quite apart from obtaining said frock, the question is, where the heck would I go? Tesco’s? I could possibly link this up with my goal of going out for cocktails, but even then, I don’t think there’s anywhere posh enough to qualify. Hmm. Dare I wear a frock to Mothers and Toddlers?
