make a quilt for my brother's wedding

I’ve cut the pieces for the log cabin squares and stitched them together – now it’s the turn of the borders for each square. In fact, I’m going to go back upstairs right now and carry on. This way, I might have it finished before their first anniversary.

He’s getting married in June, although the date hasn’t been set yet. I’d like to give them a quilt, I’ve got a pattern and a colourway in mind. At the moment, June seems a long way off, and there’s other projects I’m trying to get finished in the short term. No doubt June will arrive far sooner than I think.
