I’ve been sick with the flew since saturday. It’s really kicking my you know what but I’ve been accepting this intruder as a teacher while taking care of this flew the best I know how. I am going to try and get back on track today because I can feel my good old friend ’’Peace’’ fading away while ’’Negativity’’ is slowly settling in and I don’t want this later one to get to confortable so meditation is in order sick or not sick here I come!

Meditation is a priority in my morning routine and well worth the time I put into it.

There is no singular definition of enlightenment, but the way I understand enlightenment is that it is a state where all suffering has ended – all psychological suffering, and all existential suffering. Instead of seperation I feel oneness I no longer have a sense of isolation. I feel a part of everything and I feel like everything is a part of me.
Enlightenment is like heaven, the experience of peace and bliss….
