I’ve been having caffeine again. :/ At least once a week. I’d really like to quit permanently… I thought the two weeks would be the worst, but I keep wanting to go back. I’m going to try my best, though…

No more caffeine headaches, no more sluggishness. I’ve regained my energy, and now, I don’t need caffeine to fuel me. After trying to quit so many times, I’m glad I gained the motivation to quit for good =]
I’ve tried to quit caffeine many times before. Last time I tried to quit cold turkey, I lasted about 2 days. Last time I tried to just ween myself off, I failed. Miserably.
I’ve gone a little over a week, and unfortunately, yesterday & today have been the worst of my withdrawal headaches. Last time, it was the headaches that made me start again. But this time, I know I’ve just got to go through it. I’ll consider this a “completed” task once I’ve hit two weeks… because if I can go that long, I’m sure I can make it the rest of the way. =]
