Damn it. I must be eating wrong. I tried benching some reps of 140 like I did yesterday, but I couldn’t do it. Then I tried repping 135 but I didn’t even get one rep in.
I guess I’m back down to 130.

Just bench pressed a one rep of 140 pounds. Hell, yeah! But it was tough. There’s no way I was even going to try a second rep. But, that’s ok.
Yes! I just bench pressed a 1 rep max of 135 today. I’m getting closer. Almost 2 reps even.
I’m gonna add 10 pounds a week.
Today I bench lifted 85 pounds.
Getting better.
And no more soda pop for me.
My goals is to go up by 5 or 10 pounds at a time.
Right now I can bench 55 lbs.
Update: Put 30 more lbs on today. Did 8 reps.
I can bench 75 lbs now.
My brother can do 110 so I should be there soon.
Try lifting to tear the muscle down then maybe a little bit of protein or vegetable fats to build the muscle back up.
Coconut or coconut milk is the best body booster out there although I can never find any where I live. But I’m gonna start out benching low and work my way up.
