find a pen pal

$0.84 is exactly how much it costs to send a letter to South Korea. I did it. I sent the letter that I wrote in October to my pen pal in Korea. I don’t actually know if everything that I said is still relevant to actual time, but I figure that she will realize that I sent the letter a little later (ok… a lot later) than when I actually wrote it.

I had a pen pal in Korea, and then I never sent the letter I wrote back. Maybe she won’t mind? It has only bee a few months. I am going to send her a letter, and if she responds, then I think that I can officially say that I have found a pen pal.

I recieved an e mail last night ( the same day) from an English teacher in Japan who wants his students to have pen pals. I am now expecting an e mail from him about what, exactly, he is looking for from me as a pen pal. This is very easy, almost too easy. Maybe I just never tried hard enough. Things are working smoothly, and I am overly excited.

So, I started, today, on my first goal: be a better pen pal. This, in turn, means that I must have a pen pal in order to be a better pen pal. So, I looked around all over the internet for websites that let you search for pen pals. I found one that I liked and signed up. I have now written to several people around the globe and am anxiously waiting their responses.
