So i ended up taking grade 12 french, and passed with a 70 (the lowest mark in my grade). Core french is preety much useless in becoming bilingual since it only really gets into grammer and not conversational.
I am planning to go to McGill in quebec, which may immerse me in the language. but if I am planning to work there I am going to to need to speak french pretty fluently. So now I am off to take college french courses.
I really wish I was blessed with the natural understanding and the right mouth to pronounce french.

I wish i was in french immersion but it was already to late for me when i was interestesed in really speaking french not just being forced to learn from my school. So now I have to continue to learn french through High School with the french immersion kids who dropped out of it.
