I rarely meditate, thus the goal, but in the traditional sense of sitting on your butt, cross-legged, I think it matters not how the body goes, as meditation is for the mind, not the body. So instead of making a ritualistic behavior, I take moments out of my life, clear my mind, and meditate in my awareness, meditate in that moment. Somehow, I think this act that I do, is the everlasting perception of someone who is enlightened, they perceive the world from that frame of mind, peace and love. In this mental state it feels like I am meditating, which is my excuse for not doing the actual sit down kind. I think for me though, taking a moment is more valuable then sitting away alone. Osho writes much on meditation, and he says any moment can be a meditation, it only takes choice. It is the attunement of mind that transcends the seals, so in my moments I am practising something which, hopefully I can use in waking/awareness moments. When every moment is a deep meditation, that would be something…without being a monk and such

Its so beneficial, I feel so much better after doing it, and the question remains why haven’t I worked harder at this goal. Its a emotional, physical, spiritual process, one that can help me be a better person.
