So, Ive committed to 3-5 days a week at the gym…
not just abs in general, but all over…
So far no change… Im enjoying going to the gym…
but discouraged… not barely a pound lost…
but much sweat…



Crunches arent that hard! 4 years ago

Its just a matter of finding time to get on the ground and spend 10 minutes.
Thats all! 10 minutes.
Ive been attempting to do crunches on the days I do not work out, so, between 2-4 days a week. I should have nice abs by now.
But alas, I forget, and do not get down on my lovely carpet.
Maybe Ill start today, unless my workout partner shows up!
