Alot less is still less.

I will never STOP drinking coffee.
I love the taste. I love the texture.
I have cut down ALOT.
I have a small 12oz in the morning and a small 12oz half caf in the afternoon.
Compared to 3×24oz a day!!! I could actually function if I didnt have it.
Maybe that is my next step.

its been 3 months and I regularly order a grande with room.
Only in the morning and at lunch.
on occasion (less than 1x a week) they offer venti and I take it…
but soon, i will drop down to tall with room.
especially if I keep using this disgusting nonfat milk. blech!



Addiction? Hmm.....

As I browse this goal, I sit guzzling the last of my 2nd cup of starbucks for the day. I have reached $3.50 now. Thats just under $25 a week!
And I drink the cheap drip coffee.
I did manage to quit the after 6pm coffee. If I do, its above the $25 a week, and its DECAF.
Wow. Think of the money I could save!
I see the addiction come out, when I pull in to the parking lot with out even conciously thinking about it.
There is no “Hmm, Do I want a cup of coffee today?”
Nope. Its just “Tall drip, Grande cup”
I dont realize it til Im drinking the last sip.
And the dentist! What would they say! I mean, I dont go overboard on sugar, but thats up to 6 packages of sugar a day.
Between teeth brushings!
Imaging, myself being able to fall asleep tired at night too?
And maybe Id even talk less on the cell phone!
Ok, by completing this goal I can:
Save at least $50 a month
Spend less $ at the dentist
Feel less guilty at the dentist
Fall asleep quicker
Talk slower
Reduce information consumption by not being wired
Spend more time at home by not being on the go getting coffee
Be more natural, less input of chemicals
Waste less garbage, new cup everyday.
Wouldnt have the damn paperthingy bothering me in my drink holder when I remove my coffee.
Detail my car less because of less coffee splatters.
Balance checkbook less often.
Id probably smoke less cigarettes too!
