My memories are often time like old photographs… even their colors change.
In the depth of my mind, I recall us standing, dancing, kissing, laughing under the ten hundred thousand falling raindrops; and then it rained forever..
There was no difference between the wetness of our clothes or our skin and that of the massive puddles of water gathering on the ground beneath us.
And we were there; forever and for always.

Yay!! It rained :) If, like me, you live in Egypt, you’ll know how precious the days are when the water pours down from the skies.
When my family and I left the house early this morning, the skies were cloudy and the air was very cool. As the time passed, the clouds continued to gather.. I was hopeful..
And then it rained. I listened to raindrops beat against every inch of my car with the song Mr. Jones playing inside. My heart was dancing every second of the drive back home :)

Well, its the middle of a hot hot hot summer in Cairo, Egypt. Clear skies with 100% chance of sunshine…
In light of this, do sprinklers count? Ha! Didn’t think so… I will wait it out until the soft rains of winter.
BUT, my son and I did run, dance, and do a few cartwheels in the garden today while the sprinklers were on :) Good times!
Also, now that I’m looking up again, this title kind of sounds like it’s the name of a body spray. I am so sure that somewhere out there in the world, someone is marketing a body spray called Garden Mist. Of course the other option is that it’s almost two in the morning and I’m just not with it….
