I feel like this is something I have to do, not just something I want to do. I put my body under un-needed stress by how much I worry about things I can’t change. However, this is also a VERY difficult one for me. I tend to internalize way too much. I have been working on it and feel like I am getting better but still have a long way to go. I know that my health gets worse the more I worry or stress and that’s something I can not let happen.
