...but I always seem to sleep in on the weekends. My weekdays are early days – typically waking up before 5am. And the days are full! Sure it is nice to sleep in, but honestly, it is so much nicer to wake up, go for a walk, and enjoy the rest of my day – even take a nap to fully relax and enjoy the weekend.
So my goal is to wake up before 7am or 8am… and the hope is that I also go for a walk to start out my day. The sun rises here between 4:30 and 5:15, recently, so even waking up at 7am, almost seems late.
