...but AUGH!
My boss (soon to be former) is out on sick leave. And she is coordinating everything, everything, everything – from what she wants people to do, to administrative burps and issues through a collague of mine who is not a lead, nor has authority over me.
So he just emailed me “reminding” me of a report that I need to send to my boss before I leave. I shared that it had already sent it and he told me that I had to create the implementation plan before leaving (I called the crazy man and told him that it didn’t make sense for me to create my own implementation plan that no one had botten into – it makse sense to have a meeting to address these things).
And I am going to write to my boss directly to address the confusion. You would think that a social worker (my coworker) would recognize and understand the term TRIANGULATION! hello!!
I think the peace with this job is being made. GOD, help me!
