i'm working on it

no beer in the evenings after work no more. just tea. and it feels absolutely okay.
i used to say i have a beer to relax and sleep better. but actually you feel like a sack afterwards- just lazy and not even sleepy. it’s dull.
i will now only drink when i am out with friends or they are in to see me:) no more drinking for the sake of drinking. yoohooo!



free myself of bad habits

i want to free myself of all the habits that i have. i want to rule my own life, not let cigarettes or drinks take control.
i think i have lost some joy and happiness because parties are no longer fun no more as i have a drink pretty much every day so it’s normal to be a bit dizzy. i don’t even feel pissed no more. i want to be more moderate on my drinks, want to quit drinking at home after work.
last night i had a cup of tea instead of a can of beer and it felt okay. i have loads of beer and other drinks all over the flat, they do allure me but i want to have sober days so that i enjoy drinking days more and make them outstanding again, not just something casual (and bad for my health actually).
