Well, I think this is complete. I eat something wholesome every morning. Bringing food to work and leave it there so I don’t have to think about it before I leave the house was the smartest thing for me to do!!

I filled the fridge @ work full of morning food so that was i dont have to worry about till I get there. Otherwise I’m so busy tryin’ to get out of the door that I forget or dont have time to pack any food. So far this have been my saving grace.
Well, I missed breakfast this morn. So I have to start all over again tomorrow!
Well I have had breakfast three day straight! I dont know if its giving me any extra energy yet…maybe its to soon to tell. But, I love the fact that my eatting habits are getting better by the day. Which I’m sure will keep me healthier! Let’s hope I dont fall back now. Crossing my fingers.
