Going a bit backward on this due to suffering back pain and also a possible knee injury. I think I over-did it this weekend by running too fast. I upped my speed 0.5 mph. You would think that wouldn’t make too much difference.
I only walked a mile yesterday and am skipping today completely. I figure it is best to rest up rather than ruin any possible participation in the race.
I did do yoga yesterday and worked out with weights.

Got back on the treadmill and finished up with burning 400 calories.
also joined Champion’s Gym again today and lifted weights for 25 mins.
However, the bad news is—overate today!
Good news = lost the mysterious 2 pounds I gained yesterday.

Not so hot today. Only burned 200 calories running and walking on the treadmill. For some reason, feeling very tired today but this afternoon, I will join the gym and begin a light weight lifting regime.
My fitness has definitely increased over the past year but I need to push myself a bit more I think. I will never, ever be a fan of exercise though!

I’ve signed up for hatha yoga classes 2x a week and tomorrow I plan to join the gym to do weight lifting. This is in addition to burning 400 cals six days a week, plus one dance class. Now with that routine, SURELY I should lose weight??
