What foods should I start avoiding like the plague.
I really want to get rid of the flab on my stomach!! Another thing is I really want to keep my motivation! Its hard. Any tips or helpful advice on how to lose weight.
I’m 230 pounds and about 5’10. I’ve been overweight for all of my adolescence. It used to not bother me, it was just a little chunk in the stomach. I thought I would eventually grow out of it. Then when I turned 19 1/2 i emploded. I have never looked or felt so big in my entire life.
I tend to think that I am a beautiful girl, but I would be more beautiful and living to my potential if I could take care of my body. Its really hard sometimes to see all other girl looking really thin and pretty and having guys. I mean i don’t need a man, but a compliment now and then wouldn’t hurt.
I have also developed ancanthosis nigricans in my underarms and behind my neck. It has become a source of much embarresment and I can no longer wear my hair up or wear short sleeve clothes. Sometimes this really gets me down.
sorry i had to give you all a sob story, but i had to tell someone.

now I really need help to feel good again. Any tactics? I do excersize but often i stop because i forget to and then i just don’t do it all together… anyone have anyways to keep yourselves motivated?
