try out different desserts

All I do is Mousses laughs Next time I will try out something totally different as a dessert, promised.
But this Yoghurt-Raspberry-Mousse is sowhat yummy, you could eat it again and again. It’s easy to do, only straining the raspberry mash through a sieve, so you don’t have the small grains in the mousse later, is a bit hard to do!

This dessert isn’t done as quickly as the ones I did before, because you need masses of ingredients and time. But it was worth it! It tasted so delicious!
But next time I will have to use only the half amount of ingredients, because with the portion I had made, I could have fed an entire football team!

Yesterday I surprised my boyfriend with this dessert. I didn’t make the ice cream by myself, though, but I decorated the plate and covered the raspberries in melted chocolate, which I also used as decoration.

I started right away after adding the goal to my list. The first recipe I tried out was a delicious Orange-Mascarpone-Cream. It was very easy to do with only 4 ingredients. But definitely worth doing again. And my family and boyfriend liked it ;)
