improve my spanish

Okay, so far I’ve finished 50 % of my entire Spanish course.

He completado mi segundo curso bàsico ayer! (Desafortunadamente no tenemos certificados)

Yesterday I’ve completed my second basic course! (Unfortunately this time we didn’t get any certificates)
In two weeks basic course #3 begins, and of course I’m gonna sign up for this course!

I’ve just finished my Spanish basic lessons. On March 6th I’m going to start with basic course part two. In the meantime I want to revise everything I’d learned so far. See my certificate picture in this post [ proud smile ]

I absolutely don’t regret having applied for that Spanish course. Our teacher, Luis, is a really likeable, funny man! He explains everything so simply and it really helps me going through everything I’d learned before and refreshing my Spanish skills again. I’m alomst done with the first course and I’m sure I’m gonna attend the advanced course which begins in March!

I have been learning Spanish since I was sixteen, but not constantly all the time. Every now and then I took some breaks because I wasn’t interested anymore, because I had to learn for my finals and for getting my driving license, because of not having any time left, because I was having so many other hobbies that filled out every single minute of my free time or just simply because I forgot about it.
My friend and me went to Spain 4 years ago. We weren’t able to really talk to the Spanish people nor to have conversations with them.
The next time I’m going to Spain again (and I’m sure it’ll be soon!) I want to be able to talk to the people in their mother tongue, not only in English.

I’m reaching my goal by revising all my work books every day, by having Spanish people on my livejournal friends list and reading their entries also as commenting on them in Spanish, by trying to write entries in Spanish myself and such stuff.

I’m also taking Spanish classes every Monday. I’ve realized that my Spanish skills aren’t that bad because I already knew nearly everything we’ve learned so far :)

I’ll continue learning and will not stop until I can speak Spanish fluently!
