Learn quantum touch techniques and practice them.

I was sending Reiki energy to a case I got from the Distant Healing Network last night. I read on the Quantum Touch website to become a certified practioner one of things you must do is make three suggestions or offer three new ideas. Well, I for one think focusing on the breathing is quite tedious and not relaxing at all. It also seems to put the emphasis on you controlling the energy flow with your breath. So I decided to intend the Reiki energy to flow and couple it with grounding. Grounding is a technique where you send down a golden root from the base of your spine into the earth. This connects you with the healing earth energy. I also remembered reading that Reiki energy can travel through your feet as well as your hands. So I decided to have energy flow from these two different sources and ignore the part about bringing energy up through your feet and up your body and out through your hands. I do agree with breath being important, but I don’t think it needs to be so structured. So I just let the energy flow and breathed normally/deeply as if meditating. Man did I get hot. My hands got hot and my feet got hot. Usually when I do Reiki only my hands get warm. This time it was like Reiki energy coming from above and earth energy coming from below. I certainly hope results happen with this case. I haven’t tried this on anybody in person yet. I’m too chicken.

I watched some Quantum Touch videos on Youtube and then bought the books. In the video it says you can send energy to a soda drink and take all the fizz out. That’s exactly what I did tonight. Much better to drink, me thinks. ; )
