I have an addiction to sugar, and it’s gotten better over the years but I really just want to kick it now! Everytime I eat sugar I then crave salt and fat to round out the taste… followed by sugar… followed but salt and fat… it’s horrible.
I have a three year old and while we dont have any candy or sweets about the house so many seemingly harmless things contain a ton of sugar. you can’t even buy what used to be the “healthy” cereal without 17-20 grams of added sugar in it. so this is for both of us, I dont want her to grow up to be the classic over weight american. I dont want to give her an eating disorder or anything, I just want her to have a healthy relationship with healthy food.
so I want to start by buying products that are lower in sugar than our current ones. Eating less premade foods (not that we eat a lot of those either) which should be easy beacuse its summer and there are so many fresh fruits and veggies.
