Well,I used to be a self hamer,in fact,i tried to kill myself 4 timed… Then my school offereed me councilling cause my “mate” told my tutor…

And i havnt done it since. theres been times where ive wanted to do it again,but id just smash something,go for a run,ring a friend,or punch a pillow =]

And i havnt done it for 2 weeks =]
