My sleep is really strange anymore.
I try to lay down and then I get
woken up by something…then I can’t
get back to sleep. Tonight I have a
migraine trying to break through. I’m
fighting it off as best as I can. I
think it’s the heat for the past 2
weeks getting to me honestly. My a/c
still is not fixed…I told the company
that I was tired of waiting. These
temperatures of around 100+ degrees is
obnoxious.

That’s how I feel any more. Tonight, I’m
having trouble sleeping because one of my
dogs is very sick and is going to the vet
in the morn…well, later today. I know she’s
suffering and it sucks because I can’t do
much more than give her Popsicles at the moment.
They’re the only things that seem to not make
her whimper and yelp. I may try to fall asleep
on the couch off and on if I can. It’s not that I’m
not tired, it’s just every time she makes a noise,
I’m up. Only rarely am I a heavy sleeper.
Other than that I got way too much on my mind
and I can’t shut my mind off…I’ve tried everything
out there and nothing works. I think if I offload a
bunch of stuff, things will change in the sleep arena.
Yah…I’ve been working on my sleep schedule.
I am trying to figure out just how much sleep
I need to wake feeling refreshed. So far, it
doesn’t seem to matter since I keep getting
inturupted throughout my entire night. I
realize now that I’m a light sleeper depending
on the night. Sometimes my body just crashes
while other nights the slightest noise has me
popping up.
I don’t like the nights that I crash because it
ends up not being restful sleep. On the other hand,
it is not good to constantly have sleep disturbed.
As far as I know, I haven’t sleep walked…I do
know that I can’t seem to lay still in bed, but it’s
not like I’m like that all the time…it’s weird.
One morning I woke up tangled in the blanket…
another morning I woke up facing the opposite end
of the bed. I guess I needed a change of scenery
or something…
I have yet to be able to obtain this Holy
Grail called SLEEEEEEEP. Too many interruptions
and too much on the brain. I keep trying though.
Well, I did manage to get a bit more sleep.
Too many interruptions though. I need a good
relaxing sleep now.
It is now almost 2 a.m. and yes, I’m still awake.
I will now be going off to slumber-land…err well,
at least I’m gonna try…I need to have uninterrupted
sleep seriously…
zz…uh….oooooo….Nooooo! The squirrels are at it again!! mumble...zzz…zzzz…
I actually got a few hours sleep last night!
I believe my body just crashed…As long as
I had some sleep though.
Lol. That title kinda says it all. Like last night, for instance, I maybe got almost 1 hour of sleep. I was abruptly woken up from a bad dream. I really hate those dreams that feel real…like you can feel all the pain and etc…yah…trails off
I’ve been told to try Ambien or Ambien CR or the like…I don’t like pills. And it’s not really gonna help me…well, it’ll help keep me in the nightmares longer…yikes. Once in a great while I do have a nice dream.
