I made it to 60 Days, and still can’t believe I’ve made it this far. My goal is to make it to 90 Days no Alcohol and Eating Healthy Foods and no Processed Foods. After my 90 Days I’ll allow myself to drink again and have a Cheat Meal once a Week. I only have 30 more Days, but I’m not gonna lie each day gets harder and harder, I’m Craving a Beer and some Pizza even as I type this! Haha

So I’ve been sober for 27 days now, and today is my 11th day eating a completely clean diet, (Whole grains, Chicken, Vegetables, Protein Shakes, Vitamin), and I’ve been trying to chug 1 gallon of water a day (not very easy).
I’m excited to make my 30day mark for drinking and at least 2 weeks in on completely eating clean, each week is getting slightly easier, so I look forward to day 90! =)
So I’m decided for the next 90 days, I want to eat a whole natural diet consisting of Whole Grains, Lean meats(Chicken, Fish, Eggs), and Fruits and Vegetables 6 days a week, and have only one Cheat Meal a week. I also will not be drinking alcohol throughout this challenge so detox my body and not alter my progress or results.
I started this last Saturday, so technically today is Day 8, I’m look forward to making it to the first 30 days!
