I’ve been recording it on and off in notebooks, in one notebook I was recording five things a day for a while as recommended along with other things in the so called happiness manifesto. Then for a while I was seeking to combine it with my sentence a day journal idea.
I havent planned to record it here as some people have done, if I had enough readers maybe, otherwise no. I dont think anyone has subscribed to me as all the requests for suggestions or other things in my present list have had no responses.
