I am in pretty shitty shape physically right now, and I think this might be a good place to get some cheap, easy, relatively convenient exercise. It doesn’t work the upper body, but my thighs would kick ass. Literally.
Well, sort of literally.
Right now I can do the bottom section of 22 steps and then the long stretch of 116. I haven’t managed to do those two sections along with the top section, which I think is probably about forty.
