I have lost a lot of weight and my abs are showing pretty nice. I still have a tad bit of bodyfat I want to shred but mostly I want to gain muscle. So I think I will concentrate on that, gaining muscle and getting lots of sleep. Plus a little cardio for my heart.



im ashamed to say 7 months ago

I haven’t gone to the gym since april 11th. Boo for me! I am disappointed in myself! But I will go bc Monday is a whole new week!

Oh but on the other hand I have been drinking my bulking drink all this week, I think I gained a little weight. It would help if i had a scale but I am going for what I look like not what the scale says… but the gym has one I’m sure lol…

I have decided to bulk this season, then cut this summer.
MY current gain drink is peanut butter, milk, bananas, olive oil and maybe chocolate plus some protein powder = 800 calories. Divided in half of course.

That’s about 1.5 lbs a week and I wanna get back to 105/106 so I figure it should take 3 weeks total.

Then I am gonna cut no carb for a super flat tummy.

Step 1: Bulk with major leg/butt exercises.
Step 2: Cut with no carb and interval cardio.

15-16% body fat. 18% winter. no more than 20% (preg 24>) gain 5 lbs of fat.
77.5 pounds muscle right now and 24% fat (24.5 lbs of fat)
Lose 6.17(94 lbs) lbs of fat and gain 6.17 pounds of muscle.
optimal – 84.5 lbs of muscle and 18.5 lbs of fat at 103 lbs (18%)
86.52 lbs M and 16.48 of fat at 103 (16%)
Goal – 87 lbs M and 19 lbs of fat at 106 (18%) 17 lbs [104] (16%)

9% fat for pants

25% below 1200 to lose fat 5 meals a day. 50% protein/ 30 fat/ 20 carb
50%carb 30 P/ 20 fat. 1.5 lbs of muscle or fat a week. 6 weeks to gain muscle. gain then lose.

eat 1500 and build. tuna diet for 3 day. spare muscle is 3 days below maintainance (BMR) one day above



I Joined the GYM! 9 months ago

I joined planet fitness today! My membership was only $1 down because of the big promotion they are having. It’s 19.99 monthly but i get unlimited guest so I can take who ever i want and its open weekdays 24 hours.

It’s a 25 minute walk, 10 minutes for bus and 5 minutes for a 2 stop train ride. I hope they have scales so I can add an entry with a accurate weight and all that other whatnot.

Step 2: Cardio 3 x a week. Weight Training 3x and one day off.
*interval training so I dont lose my muscles WINK!

My Ultimate measurements is 32-22-39 with firm thighs
