Cloth is the BEST! 2 years ago

Best for baby, best for environment, best for the budget… Have I missed anything?

I totally recommend cloth diapers! I love them!

That’s not to say I don’t use disposables; they have their place, such as when we go out for a long time during the day. But cloth is 90% of what I use on Gabriel. Even Tommy is getting on board with the cloth. I think it intimidated him a bit at first, but he is now a master diaper changer.

Needed diapers 2 years ago

today. We’d gone to Wal-Mart last night and I’d ASKED my husband if we needed diapers and he said we have a third of a bag. So we didn’t buy any, as I figured at Gabriel’s rate of growth, we might need the higher size up be the time we were out.

Well, I get home and we have 8 diapers… lol, which is more like 7/8 of a bag!

So we had to go back to WM again (somehow ended up spending $30 anyway, so it was a good thing, but still) and buy diapers.

I will be happy when we are back home and I can start using cloth.

And a cloth diaper booty is just so so cute!

I hate disposables 2 years ago

Well, I kind of am already. I started the other day, but we’re flying down to visit my husband’s family, so I’d like to bring the cloth diapers with me to use for the 3 months we’ll be away… but I don’t know how practical that is.
