I wish I could do this right now! With Tommy’s immigration in the works, it is possible he will be able to travel by October. But even then, I won’t be able to get more than a week off work, so I guess we’ll have to wait til Spring ‘09 to do this, perhaps even longer.

My husband's father 2 years ago

died when my husband was only 10 years old.

As we are going to be in Kentucky til mid-October sometime, I want to plant tulips or daffodils, or some other perrenial on his grave.

My family did this a few years ago for my twin sisters, and while we were there, we planted tulips on the graves of all the little children born 100 years ago.

I wonder if the cemetery here has forgotten graves, too.
