Yesterday I did the Boot Camp section of the Biggest Loser DVD which is 20 minutes. It’s a very intense combo of cardio and strength training in that small amount of time. After that I got on the treadmill for 30 minutes and I was so proud for pushing myself. Usually I try to avoid running, but I ran yesterday and felt amazing. That included raising the incline quite high. Last, I did some stretches that incorporate yoga. The whole thing was refreshing. There’s no turning back now.

Now I’m doing the Carmen Electra Striptease Aerobics. One of her DVDs in particular called Fit To Strip, really focuses on toning each part of the body. It’s an intense workout and I feel great afterwards. Then I move on to the Biggest Loser workout. I do the strength & sculpting section of the DVD which is no joke. I’m going to keep doing both of those DVDs back to back and see what kind of results I get by the end of the month.

It should be here this week. I heard it’s fun and keeps you wanting to do it and that you can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I can’t wait to try it out and I’m not going to fall off track this time. I’m going to keep it up and reach my goals.
