I might be getting back into the habit now 2 years ago

Since I’m waking up early, a little exercise in the morning helps keep me awake. It works out nicely. :) I did some sit ups the other day, and I’m still sore just from that. I guess I need it. =P



Getting lazy again! 2 years ago

And it’s the start of the new year, too! Oh well, I’ll get back into the habit again soon. I think it’s just the cold weather—it makes me want to stay wrapped in a blanket all day, drinking hot chocolate.



Still remembering to do 15-30 minutes a day 2 years ago

Well, I do skip some days, but I usually remember. Today I played DDR until my lungs hurt! It was fun, though. :)

Now I’m doing about 20 or 30 minutes of cardio every day—mostly playing DDR, but that still counts! I think I’m ready to start some anaerobic stuff soon. Maybe I’ll see if I can still do a pushup or two. :)



First mini-goal accomplished! 3 years ago

I’m exercising every day now for 15 minutes. It isn’t much, but I think it’s part of my routine again, and that’s the most important part! I’ve found that the easiest time to exercise for me is in the morning, about an hour after I eat breakfast. Eat, go on the computer for a bit, exercise, shower, and then start my day. This would work even better if I could force myself to wake up earlier, but I’ll work on that later. :)

Now I’m going to try to fit another 15 minutes into the late afternoon—or at least like 5 minutes just to get used to the idea of another chunk of exercising time.

My ultimate goal is to do an hour of aerobic exercise a day and some anaerobic exercise a few times a week. I’ll get there one day!



OK, I'm going to start 3 years ago

Today! I really have no reason to put it off any longer, so it’s time to commit to this goal. I think I’ll take it easy for the first few days and just focus on not forgetting to do it.

OK, 15 minutes a day, every day until Friday. Done. Let’s see how much self-discipline I really have!
