I’m down another 5 lbs and I’m working out every other day. I’ve also noticed that I’m more committed to making better decisions for food. Instead of chips I grab carrots and I don’t torture myself for having a brownie occasionally. I think that definitely has helped me to stick with a healthier eating plan instead of a diet per se.

Well I’m down 5 lbs, only 25 more to go. It is coming off VERY slowly since i’ve had my first baby in April. I need to kick it up a notch if i’m going to reach this goal by October. I’m eating well however it is hard to find time to exercise much with a 3 month old, a job and studying for the CPA exam.
