I should of written an entry about this yesterday, but I was impressed with my progress on Sunday, I woke up early and accomplished an awful lot. I decided to just get up and do things and it worked.

I have sparks and Ideas and then... 18 months ago

they just fizzle out and I end up back on the couch watching trash on TV. I need to get the fire under neath my butt, the wind in my sails I need to do things I start out planning to do.
