Yesterday I signed up to do a beginners indoor rock climbing course. When I went canyoning in the blue mountains the other week, the guide suggested I get into climbing. Up until then I’d never really considered it.
The course runs for five sessions starting at the end of March. I’m really excited about it.
The only thing I’m worried about is my complete lack of upper body strength. I have absolutely tiny arms and I think you need to be quite strong to be a good climber.
