End of first complete week 1 month ago

It’s the end of the first complete week since I joined the gym and we’ve had a bit of a heatwave down here… Nonetheless I’ve attended the gym three times as planned. Woohoo!

I haven’t noticed any weight loss yet but through the visits I’ve done to the gym and the exercises that I’m doing my posture has improved a lot. I’m now standing up straight and doing no further damage to my back. As such I’ve made an appointment with my physio to fix what I’d already done to my back and shoulder and this time I might not have to go back so soon.



First gym session 1 month ago

So I had my weight and measurement done at the gym today and also had my first session of exercise. I’m going back on Friday and intend to go at least Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The plan is good and has started as intended. Now all I have to do is continue.

Of course, I’m absolutely exhausted because I hadn’t done any exercise for such a long time but I have a feeling that it’ll be worth it.



I joined a gym! 2 months ago

Well, I decided that I was never going to start doing this if I just tried to do the treadmill thing at home so I have now joined a gym. I’ve paid for my first three months and I have my first appointment for weight, measurement, and training on equipment on Wednesday morning. Funnily enough, this gym is only about 2 minutes from my house and I didn’t even know it was there until yesterday…
